Answers You Need

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR DAMAGED EQUIPMENT?

The customer is responsible for any damage to the equipment.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept most major credit cards and cash. If paying with cash the customer will have to provide a $300 security deposit upon delivery. This will be returned to the customer in full at pickup if the equipment has no damage.

CAN I TRANSPORT THE EQUIPMENT MYSELF?

The short answer is no. The customer is not allowed to transport the equipment other than driving the equipment.
